Stress-free life

I would like to share this insight with an IQ question.

If "noon" is equals to "noon",
then "stressed" is equals to "__?__"

Stress tends to visit us when we're tired, when we're sick, when we're driving through a crowded metropolis, when we're late for an important meeting, or if we've taken on too many responsibilities. When circumstances are out of our control, we feel stress. When our basic needs are not being met and our safety is threatened, we tend to get anxious.

1.Put your trust in God! -by proclaiming His Word and believe His word will come to pass

3.Prayer!

Matthew 11:28-30 (New International Version)

28"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Jesus is able to turn your "stressed" into "desserts". Don't worry, be JOYFUL always. There's nothing too BIG for God.
